5 BOROUGH SPORTS

Now this wasn’t technically a fight, but it’s definitely worth discussing in this list. Throughout the mid-90’s, you can’t discuss the NBA playoffs without bringing up the rivalry between John Starks and Reggie Miller. The two teams met five times in the postseason during the 1990’s with the Knicks winning four out the five series. The rivalry was so heated, ESPN made a 30 for 30 documentary called “Winning Time,” which was about Reggie Miller vs. the Knicks. The first scene of the documentary begins with Game 3 the 1993 Eastern Conference Quarterfinals. The Knicks-Pacers rivalry officially commenced with a heated confrontation between Starks and Miller.  Watch for yourself:
